Purpose: The session will provide an overview of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the risk of labour exploitation globally and the recruitment risks this creates for businesses. Through case studies from suppliers and civil society organisations in countries including the UK, Spain, Thailand, the United States and South Africa, we will explore what businesses can do to tackle the increasing risk of labour exploitation and create robust, resilient recruitment channels. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.
