• • • • • Purpose: This session will provide guidance and case studies for global suppliers on practical and procedural steps to effectively communicate and engage with workers during these challenging times, including dealing with bereavement. We will hear case studies from growers and food producers in Spain, Italy, Thailand and China on the messages they have been communicating, how they have been engaging with workers ,what key concerns they’ve been hearing back and actions they have taken in response. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.
