First, we need you to tell us which grocery category best suits your product or range.
Section 1*
- Fresh and chilled products ?

We need to know if your product or range has Safe and Local Supplier Approval (SALSA) or British Retail Consortium (BRC) accreditation.

Just so you’re aware: we can’t list any products/ranges without one of these accreditations and you’ll need to bring your certificate(s) along if you’re invited to meet a buyer.
Section 2A*

Now we need you to give us some legal and compliance information for your company.

Please note: all of the below fields are mandatory – we can’t list any products that don’t meet these requirements. If you’re invited to meet a buyer, you’ll need to bring along all certificates/accreditation for the below.
Section 2B*
- My company is registered in the EU and/or the UK.
- All food manufacturing sites associated with my business are registered as food businesses with our local food authority or relevant enforcement body.
- There is an up-to-date and applicable independent food safety accreditation for each food manufacturing site (e.g. SALSA, BRC or equivalent).
- We can deliver to Ocado distribution centres in Hatfield (Hertfordshire), Dordon (Midlands), Andover (Hampshire), and Erith (Greater London) on a single case or layer basis (rather than a full pallet).
- Our packaging has barcodes and protects our products inside.

Section 2C*
- Our packaging is compliant with EU and UK Labelling Legislation (1169/2011). (This includes Organic and Fairtrade accreditations, as well as English translations)
- We have a 24/7 product recall plan which is compliant with EU and UK legislation.
- We have an HACCP plan and process based on Codex principles for each food manufacturing site.
- We haven’t received cautions or prosecutions from a regulator regarding an aspect of our business in the last five years.
